Functioned as the senior technical architect for the Oracle 11i implementation, the production Web infrastructure, and the Open Uptime server migration. Was the focal point for the corporate roll out of the Active Directory and XP clients for our division world wide, as well as local the adaptation of LDAP for our Oracle instances. Created strategic technical architecture documentation (two year planning cycle) for the organization for Enterprise data warehouse, financials, and CRM applications, as well as the E-commerce applications and systems.

Traveled to Europe and South America to install/upgrade systems (both Unix and Citrix) to enable the OMAF systems for the various manufacturing sites and distribution centers.  Worked with Sun and Oracle as lead technical liaison when problems arose.  Was sent into the field to resolve hardware and software technical issues (such as network connectivity or printing issues), for which an award for outstanding performance was received.

Helped to create Service Level Agreements with Xerox and EDS, to ensure the technical accuracy of the documents.
